    My mom used to make this when I was a young teenager. I make it now, but change a few things. I don't like olives, so I leave those out. I eat it as a burrito and add shredded cheese and sour cream. Beats anything from Taco Bell in their stuffed burrito line!

    not very good all in American measures this needs conversions added I used to make this years ago and lost recipe so I thought great start making it again not enough cheese to show through and the icing well I am going to make my own fudge icing no talk of how to mix them to get the result in the pic in fact the ingredient's for the icing on here would not give u desired effect , did u actually make this cake urself

    We enjoyed this but I think I would cut back on the soy sauce by half or up the amount of ketchup and brown sugar next time. Very tender ribs :) More in the IMI --------> Succulent Country Ribs

    Hi,
    When I read your bio I was a little surprised. I also was born in Az. and I still live in Az. As a matter of fact I am not that far away from you. I live nestled up against the White Tank Mountains in a house that I designed and we had built. We are on an acre of land living in Beautiful Arizona Estates, and I have 3 dogs. I love photography, but never took a single class in it. I did have a picture of my grand-daughter that was published in the Az. Republic for a photo contest. I also sit in bed and read cookbooks looking for something new and different. Since my health is not the best I look for easy and delicious recipes that I hope my husband will enjoy. After cooking for 40 years I can pretty much tell by a recipe if we would like it or not. My favorite food is Mexican. Carlos O'Briens on 12th St. & Northern is the best I have ever had. I had to stop in and say hi. The bios was a lot alike. Would be honored to be your foodie pal. Thanks,
