    This was good! Kinda like a deep dish meatball pizza. I didn't have a deep pie plate so I used a casserole dish. I mixed the batter (which is really dough consistency) in a separate bowl. I used only 15 meatballs and found it to be plenty. Sprinkled the Italian herb on top of the sauce and then put on the cheese. I felt two cups would be way too cheesy for me so I only used about one. Very filling and I liked the cold oven part! I put up a couple of pictures and gave this a thread in IMI 3/2/8/14

    Hi,
    When I read your bio I was a little surprised. I also was born in Az. and I still live in Az. As a matter of fact I am not that far away from you. I live nestled up against the White Tank Mountains in a house that I designed and we had built. We are on an acre of land living in Beautiful Arizona Estates, and I have 3 dogs. I love photography, but never took a single class in it. I did have a picture of my grand-daughter that was published in the Az. Republic for a photo contest. I also sit in bed and read cookbooks looking for something new and different. Since my health is not the best I look for easy and delicious recipes that I hope my husband will enjoy. After cooking for 40 years I can pretty much tell by a recipe if we would like it or not. My favorite food is Mexican. Carlos O'Briens on 12th St. & Northern is the best I have ever had. I had to stop in and say hi. The bios was a lot alike. Would be honored to be your foodie pal. Thanks,
