About me
My name is Robert and I live in Louisiana. Now being from Southwest Louisiana I'm in an area filled with great food. Great, Creole and Cajun food that is. My main love is Creole dishes. Dishes filled with flavor and love. Creole Gumbo, Shrimp Creole, Louisiana Jambalaya,Creole Green Beans etc. Foods that are spicy and filled with flavor. I also like to try dishes from all over the USA and the world. I don't believe in being limited in ones food taste. So let us explore Creole and World cooking together.

A recipe my sister gave me is nearly identical to this and is why my garden is full of zucchini this year! It's now my favorite veggie! Thanks for sharing this great recipe.

this recipe sounds good but I am confused...LOL what is the Creole Dry Rub minus the sugar? and I put that on before dipping it in the egg?
