Hola to my new cooking buddy :)

G'day Cristi
I just came across your chili recipes - they look great. Can't wait to try out your Pueblo chili this weekend.
Feeding the boys must be scary - my girls are just reaching double figure ages and seem to eat as much as I do.
Thanks for sharing
Nigel

I know what you mean about Nutella. Have you tried it with pretzels right out of the jar? Yummy! Vanilla Wafers are another good food to eat it with. With the kids and their eating everything in sight we just make sure everyone is served before anyone can have seconds. We also have to tell them that they can only have 2 pieces of pizza to start and then wait until everyone has had some before they get more. Soon they will all be out of the house and gone and I won't know how to shop or cook.

I am glad you are a fan of my Spinach And Feta Pie With Roaster Pine Nuts And Red Bell Pepper recipe

I'm feeding all kinds of teens right now. We have 3 boys and 3 girls between 12 and almost 20. That's a lot of food at times. The 2 youngest are the pickiest and the hungriest. I tell them that they can't be both, they need to choose, either picky or hungry, not both.

Thank you for your interest in my Tamale Vegetarian Recipe.
It really is different. Use meat if you want

I hear ya about feeding teenage boys!! I just bought Tom Petty, Eric Clapton and Circe de Soleil tickets all at once and it made me stop for a minute to ponder that the reason we were now able to do such things is that we were no longer feeding the crew!! What's funny too is watching them now trying to feed themselves the quality and quantity they were accustomed to at home! Upon first moving out one son thought he would feed himself not one, but two T-bone steaks at a time!! His girlfriend was 100 lbs. soaking wet and ate nothing -- that caused some friction until I talked her into having him take over the grocery shopping and paying!! Another son eats nothing but pyrogies because he's too cheap to pay for meat and veggies!! The third one has a vegan girlfriend -- he doesn't get to eat much of anything now!! They're so much fun!!
