About me
I've recently become an empty nester and find I'm having fun trying new recipes---now that I only have to cook for two. I prefer something that's fairly healthy and easy to make when I get home from work. I have Southern roots and married into a German/Polish family, so my "comfort foods" are anything but healthy! I live in AZ, where we BBQ more than we bake; especially during the hot summer months. I'm looking forward to breaking out of my rut and trying some great new recipes. Thanks for sharing.
