I get about 5 more dinners out of it. My hubby works shift work so when he works 4PM-1AM, I make up both dinners and leave his to heat up in the microwave. Or I use them when I don't feel like cooking. Mind you we have a large freezer. So if you don't, I'd say you were set for lasagne. :-)

"Big Damn Chefs: The International Browncoat Charity Cookbook" came out last December, and is doing well! It's at www.BigDamnChefs.com. Have you ever gone to scifi cons?
