    Hi - glad you loved the sauce. It sure does make a lot. what I usually do is freeze it. We use about a cup per person and I save my yogurt container, they are the perfect size (for 2 at least). I get about 5 more dinners out of it. My hubby works shift work so when he works 4PM-1AM, I make up both dinners and leave his to heat up in the microwave. Or I use them when I don't feel like cooking. Mind you we have a large freezer. So if you don't, I'd say you were set for lasagne. :-)

    Shiny! *grin* I didn't get to see it until the DVDs came out, either, but I'm BIG into it now. Didja see the Firefly cookbook I did? "Big Damn Chefs: The International Browncoat Charity Cookbook" came out last December, and is doing well! It's at www.BigDamnChefs.com. Have you ever gone to scifi cons?
