Have Lost Over Fifty Pounds :) So My Goals Is To Learn How To Cook Good Healthy Meals:) That Taste Good(lol) O I Do Like And Watch The Food Net Work(lol) Emeril Lagassr's In One Of My Favorite Cooks:) I Also Ride A Harley Low Rider:) Friends And I Ride All Over Texas Going To Diffrent Place's To See And Eat(That How I Gained The Extra Fifty Pounds(lol)

Hello Cupid - I'm not familiar with nurisystem at all. The thing I avoid in cooking is sugar and usually replace it with Spenda. I imagine high fiber would be good for me is that what nutisystem is about?
