Hi Currie! Thanks for the invite and welcome to the group. I see you are also in a Velveeta group. Do you know if they (or if someone else) makes a low-salt version? I have several recipes that use Velveeta and I find that the salt just totally overwhelms it. By the way, your crock pot mac and cheese looks so good! I'm looking for something to make for supper tonight. Hmmmmm!
