Hey there! :) Thanks for the comments on my Stuffed Steak and Baked Fish recipes! :) That was the whole reason I posted the fish one, darlin', just cus it is so easy, but so many people are intimidated by fish or they think they need a bunch of heavy sauces, and I just don't think that way. :) Sometimes, simple is best. As for the steak, when I saw your thawing question on AR, I actually thought about this recipe...next time you have a similar steak to use, I hope you consider it! Thank you so much for stoppin' by the recipes.
