About me
My mom was a fantastic cook and I've always enjoyed cooking and eating all kinds of food. Following recipes is fun, especially difficult ones. But my favorite way to cook is to walk into the kitchen, look around, and then follow whatever instant craving springs up. The things that turn out really well I write it down and keep tweaking.
