About me
I live in a small town in Tennessee. I found this sight trying to find foods for my nieces upcomming wedding reception. The family is trying to help. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. We are maily doing things like finger foods like cucumber sandwiches, fruit ect.

This is an excellent side dish. I served it with scrambled eggs for breakfast. Thanks for sharing it. I'd love to read other recipes that include cactus.

Thanks for commenting, I have also substituted bread crumbs for seasoned croutons,crushed. It leaves a much better taste than the bread crumbs
