About me
My wife is under the impression that I can't cook. She is right. But I can put beans and chillies in a pot and simmer them all day. The results of my efforts kept me allive and healthy for several years before I met and married her. Ours is a perfect marriage except for one thing; my wife can't stand chilli peppers. I was attracted to this site when I noticed that on it were several recipies that used only one pot and incorporated chillies, the essence of divine simplicity!
