About me
I'm a mom with teens, hence the occasionally edge towards incoherent, garbled babbling . . . C'mon, step off the little train of sanity into train station Dallas Meow, my cozy corner of North Texas. I post about just whatever pops into this head of mine here [http://listentomeandlistengood.blogspot.com/] – and here [http://dallasmeowagain.blogspot.com/] for recipes.

Hey... I'm a transplant too! Moved here in 81... So I guess I have been here long enough to be called a Texan!

I had never had Frito pie until moving here... only thing we had up there was taco bell!

Love your blurb... I am the grandma of teens and a 11 and 5 year old... and they live right next door! Yep insanity... I love it!

Hi - Thanks for being my cooking buddy. I like your quiche recipe. I went to your blog site and kinda got sucked into it - you have a way with words = ) I hope someone from Sterling Auto Body reads it too - sounds like they could use the education. LOL

This sounds very interesting -- love pineapple and macadamia nuts. (I would sub out the canola oil though -- that stuff will kill ya, IMHO.)

Tortillas
I've always wanted to make my on tortillas, but was wondering if there was a possible substitute for the shortnening?

Tortillas
