I love Asian, Greek, Itallian, and almost anything else that will take me to another country in my own kitchen. I also always seem to be on the never ending hunt for the answer to "What's for dinner?"

All I can tell you is taste the marinade when you mix it up before you put your brisket in it and see if you would like your veggies to have that flavor cooked in them, I would say I'd give it a try, I also like to cook my veggies with my roasts etc. Remember the juice you cook your veggies in will also have some of the meat flavor in it, it won't be straight marinade flavor which will make it taste even better.
