If so, maybe corn niblets? I'm thinking something with a bit of snap and sweetness might work. If not i.e. if another meat would work, some cooked crumbled ground beef perhaps? If I think of anything else I'll let you know. In the meantime, I hope you have a memorable (in a good way!) New Year! :-)
