About me
I like to cook - never get enough time, but when I do - I am happy. (I also like to eat so the two go together quite well.) My favorite thing to do is to invent things and hope that they turn out right (though that one time I tried to make cornbread with no clue how - I realized that too much baking powder is toxic tasting.)

My only complaint was that they got a bit tough to roll up due to the thick stem on the collard - let me know what you think
