Very cool! Devil curry is fabulous for anyone who has not tried it. I've been using a more involved recipe from chef Violet Oon, but this one looks simpler for those days when I crave it but have less time.

Hi Y'all

I was just browsing around (I'm new *grin* and great site btw) and came upon this recipe. I'm an Eurasian and as Daryl has correctly stated Devil Curry is
