About me
Kiwi living in London - been here 7 years now. Got 2 little kiddies who (as a proud dad) I think are the "bees knees". Working for a Housing Association as Head of Treasury so don't have much spare time, but do enjoy cooking when I can. Fav's are doing BBQ's. and (of course being a Kiwi) roast lamb. Having said that, I love a wide range of food. Most of my cooking involves ingredients that are easy to find, so if a dish requires "four petals of a flower that can only be found on the western side of Mt Everest", I tend to pass on cooking that dish
