Hi david! nope they work right on the grill too. i'm just a veg-head so I like them meat gunk free. :) plus the olive helps form a crust. They should do fine on the grill and they can be pan-fried too. :)


Can't beat that charcoal grill! Yeah, I will grill in the snow if I have to!
