About me
When my formal training in design and culinary arts collided with the newest members of my family, my in-laws, being vegan I had to figure out what to make for dinner all over again. I grew up as a hard-core carnivore, my parents still are, so this making of a sitcom created a cooking challenge at Christmas. This is a simply delicious cake! I just omitted the choco chips and subd walnuts for pecans, cuz thats what I had on hand. I also added 1/4 tsp each of ground nutmeg and cinna
