About me
When my formal training in design and culinary arts collided with the newest members of my family, my in-laws, being vegan I had to figure out what to make for dinner all over again. I grew up as a hard-core carnivore, my parents still are, so this making of a sitcom created a cooking challenge at Christmas. Spenda just scares me....
Canola oil, on the other hand, I have used quite often in this recipe. It works perfectly!
