Having troubles finding a real BBQ buddy, huh?? We feel your pain, my friend. My husband takes it one step further and refuses to cook with gas. It's coals all the way or no way!! I, myself, prefer it that way too and I know what you mean, you have to use a good rub and slooooow cook for BBQ to be good!! Anybody can slap some sauce on a piece of meat and throw it on a broiler.....it's just not the same. Nice to meet you and good luck in your pursuit of chefdom!!!
