About me
Hi, I am from Northern Minnesota. Most of my receipes are ethnic. Sylvanian and Finnish. And being from Minnesota, of course fish!! Then as a working person, I like good and quick receipes. I have a garden for the first time. Vegetables and raspberries. I have raspberries up the kazoo! I made a raspberry chopolte sauce that I am trying on chicken tonight. Lots of people don't think I can cook, cuz I am so petite. Looks can be deceiving. I am 52 with 2 children, a girl 21 in college and a son 32 married with 9 yr old son. 2 ragdoll cats, Muusti and Shasta

I made the Jell-O center piece on July 30th, and it was out all day without any problems. Then I've just been keeping it in the fridge, and it still looks good. This is the 1st time I've ever made it so I really don't know how long it will last. I guess this is a science experiment for me. Hope that was some help:o)
