oops, i guess this thing does not accept 'dashes'. cooking time should be 10 to 12 minutes and it makes about 15 to 20 cookies.

Yummy! This looks like a cake common in Germany. It's called "Amerikaner" which translates "Americans". Seriously! :) You will find it in every bakery here.
