About me
I've been cooking since age 5. I am a former chef now working for Uncle Sam. Like to experiment with foods / fusion cuisine. I rarely use recipes for baking - it's only chemistry. Blooming onions are very "passe'". Like recipes that sneak in veggies for my son (has Asperger's/Autism and doesn't like many textures.) Must have a gorgeously grilled ribeye steak at least once a month. Dream - to one day run a bed and breakfast and boutique.
