I love good BBQ, Smoked meats, veggies and sausges and cheese are my favorites. I'm an avid DIYer and make sausage, lunchmeats, cheese, jams, jellies, sauce and rubs, brew my own beer, can fruits and veggies. I love smoking/cooking, playing music, gardening, woodworking. I also dabble in looking for pre 1830's gravestone carvings here in New England.
