I love cooking for fun and for my friends and family. my favorite thing to do on the weekend is think of some thing ive never made or have made and never mastered and make it - ill post pics of my favorite creations.....brioche with gelato, crepes with nutella, clafouti......im partial to baking because you get a tidy (hopefully) pretty thing at the end of the process.....during the week i like to challenge myself with what happens to be in my pantry and create something yummy.....i love trying unusal combinations and i really want to work on trying more offal.....oh and i love my gadgets
