I am a Katrina Suvivior and love to cook Before the "storm'" had a sucessful business which has suffered from the effects of katrina therefore I do al the cooking here in my daughters house. We lost everything in the flooding which followed the storm Iam greatful we were all spared and enjoy making cajun dishes for the family. . I iwll be happy to share them with you all. .
