Hey demonik, thanks for the invite - glad to accept and share some recipes. I was born and raised in the Upper Midwest, so southern cooking was not part of my upbringing...more like "white food" (what we lovingly called our Swedish cuisine, everything smothered in a white sauce or mayo or sour cream - Swedes love their white food!). But I was blessed with a mom who loved to cook, and used any excuse to practice her new recipes and ideas. I am looking forward to browsing your recipes, and I'm sure I'll find many new ones to try - I love southern cooking (once I escaped MN and found out that there were other food groups besides dairy and pickled fish)...Krum
