I am intrigued with this site, it seems there are many more of us foodies than I realized... Hello to everyone! I really love to cook, especially for big gatherings. I like to use natural products and some organic things too. I love food in its barest of forms so you get to taste what it is you're eating. Now, I do love lots of flavor and bring on the spicy heat. This is why I love Thai cuisine, it is so balanced with flavors and tastes so fresh. I am an admitted cookbook junkie, I love them and believe you can never have too many... Now baking is another story... I need supervision and truly believe all parties would be happier to check out the local bakery. Though I do make fantastic Swedish pancakes... old family recipe, maybe I will share with all of you. Well happy cooking to all and I look forward to trying some recipes!
