About me
I have been cooking since I was 8 years old and cooked my first full Thankgiving dinner when I was 11. I love to try to recipes and am always looking for new and interesting flavors. I am still trying to find out how to make Fried Chicken the way my grandmother did. I love to try and duplicate some delicious food I have eaten somewhere but can't get a recipe for. I love Mexican food (Baja Style) and have about 5 different salsa recipes. Everything from "Sissy-Salsa" for my wife to hot and spicy the way I like it. I will try to post a couple for you to try and you can vary the spicyness to taste. I look forward to hearing from you and getting to know you.
