Thanks for your response,have so many good recipies that I have seemed to develop myself seeing that I live here in Florida where there is much fresh seafood to be found.One of my favorite recipies is my homemade seafood cumbo which includes imported crawfish from louisana(live of course)along with the fish,crab,clams,ocra,sweet corn(just a little)of which I catch the local seafood myself(so I'm sure that it's as fresh as can be...haha!!!)and of course I make my homemade rue myself,don't know where I would rate on this cooking line,however have been encouraged for years to become a chef myself....,tnks for your response, Dave Oh, I forgot,I catch the shrimp myself for this recipie also...
