    Hi Diannehocut! I haven't eaten meat for months now. We find that the eggplant parmesan is really good and filling. Hope you enjoy it :) I do love pumpkin muffins ... Mmmm!!

    Thanks for commenting on my potato recipe. The recipe was my mother's, and I acquired it after her passing. Numerous recipes I have adapted and morphed, but this one I kept pristine.
