About me
I like designing foods for kids. I think of it more a craft or an art than actually just cooking. They are, for the most part, the pickiest eaters so if you can please them you can please anyone. Let's face it. We all have some "kid" still in us at any age. I can turn a sandwich into a monster or decorate a carrot cake to look like a pirate's treasure chest. I have been known to change the color of foods and even make some glow in the dark. It's a fun way to help your children get the benefits of the basic food groups while entertaining them using special effects. The next time your rugrats decide what you make doesn't look too appealing, try some creativity and grab their attention ! Ciao!

Thanks for the comment on the wings! I also love to cook for children. It's just in the last few months that I've been at home and able to do some creative things. I have so very much to learn. I will certainly enjoy perusing your recipes and our grandchildren will reap the benefits of your knowledge. Thanx!

Thanks for commenting on my Rhubarb Jello Squares. I think your grandkids will love it! X0

*wink*

Thanx for being my cooking buddy! Hope you have a great 2008!

Hey... with my worms and your glow in the dark jello... great party for kids.. and those worms are good for you! They also have apricots in them!

I think kids are total joy. My 5th grandchild born 2 weeks ago, named Logan and my 6th born last week named Lanasia, to 2 separate kids of course. The oldest one, Ania is a sweetheart and next Amir, my little bear. They love the creative foods and don't have a clue they're actually healthy. Jasmine just turned 1 year old a month and a half ago and I can't wait till she can get into helping make stuff in the kitchen. I'm glad you'll find use for these foods and my blessings asked for some of the most happy and healthy children to you and yours. Peace, Sherry

Thanks for being my new cooking buddy and welcome to our foodie family. I have a 1 year old grandson and a 2 week old grand daughter so I am going to be looking to you for a lot of ideas!

Excellent idea1 Thanks for the post, Dimensional!!

Monsters In The Bread Bow
I don't like kidney beans, so I'd use refried beans and omit the olives. Sounds goood otherwise.
