About me
38 year old semi stay-at-home mom (I work part time here and there). I have 3 kids -- 2 of my own and a step-daughter, 4 dogs, 1 cat, and a husband. I love food! My mom never let me in the kitchen. I had to learn how to cook on my own with a Betty Crocker cookbook, and now there's no stopping me! I make stuff up all the time...not gourmet, but eventually I would like to get there!

Tasty, and very quick to prepare. I added mushrooms and zucchini. There are probably tons of other things you could add as well.
