About me
I live in gorgeous Colorado Springs, CO. I have 6 kids (ages 4,6,8,10,13,& 19) & a great husband! We are a blended family and we have 2 daughters with Down Syndrome. My husband is a firefighter/paramedic & I am a non commisioned financial advisor- I also do nurse aide things on the side. I hope to recieve my Masters in Special Ed one day and "retire" teaching . I love trying new recipes; especially for some of the picky eaters! I like nutrious- but easy & quick-- especially during the week! On weekends I tend to spend about 8 hours in the kitchen making all sorts of things!

as for furniture rings... that mayonnaise really does help. One thing I have learned over the years is to always have handy are coasters.... the other is to have (insulated mugs) as an idea for your kids during those summer months or for drinks with ice in them, so when the glass 'sweats' the water droplets are basically non-existent.
