About me
I live in gorgeous Colorado Springs, CO. I have 6 kids (ages 4,6,8,10,13,& 19) & a great husband! We are a blended family and we have 2 daughters with Down Syndrome. My husband is a firefighter/paramedic & I am a non commisioned financial advisor- I also do nurse aide things on the side. I hope to recieve my Masters in Special Ed one day and "retire" teaching . I love trying new recipes; especially for some of the picky eaters! I like nutrious- but easy & quick-- especially during the week! On weekends I tend to spend about 8 hours in the kitchen making all sorts of things!
