About me
I'm no gourmet cook (unless it's easy). I love spicy foods, something you remember eating. I group up in an Italian family so that's how I learned how to cook though I'm the oddball in the family because I rather cook with curry than oregano (nothing against oregano, it's good....just not as good as curry). I was looking for a place to put the recipes I've aquired over the years. Most of my recipes aren't original they're, for the most part, tweaked to be healthier. Yes I'm alittle bit of a health food or rather a "find a better alternative" nut.
