About me
I'm 60 something and about to retire after 40 years as a professional firefighter - I love the kitchen and cooking - my favourite foods to cook are Thai and Italian.. the five traditional foods of Italy include polenta, pasta, soups, bread and wine and I love it all. My favourite shows on the telly are cooking shows and live golf (yep I'm also a golf nut)! I'm happiest cooking in the kitchen or playing 18 on the course - I love cooking for my friends who are always inviting themselves around for a free feed :-) I just had the kitchen re-modeled. I prefer a gas cooktop and electric oven...phew!! that's enough :-)
