About me
I'm a divorced single father who works all the time. I enjoy good food and wine and I refuse to go the fast food route. I need to learn some quick and easy recipes that I can incorporate into my busy schedule. I'm a pretty good cook when I can find the time and am rarely intimidated in the kitchen. I'm looking forward to getting some ideas from this great site.
