Sorry dmarengo1 i thought i had made the directions clear. your doing step 5 not 1-3 as they should already have been done and set aside. your actually browning the onions and ham or you can use chicken if you wish. then when they are done drizzle the egg through out the onions and ham and then add the ricewarming throughly then add peas and carrots to the rice and stir till warm dont forget to add some salt and pepper if you wish. thanks for using my recipie i hope you like it.
