About me
I was born in the United States - Midwest region, spent a little time in the Middle East after marrying. After overcoming the initial culture shock, I found my passion in preparing traditional Middle Eastern dishes, with the most aromatic, exotic spices I have her been exposed to. After returning, I combined the Middle Eastern dishes with traditional Southern dishes from the States that my mom taught me, and amazed my family and friends. Now, what seemed to take me forever to prepare, I can prepare with the greatest of ease and knowledge, and love sharing my recipes and gathering more, or adding new twists to old dishes.
