Thanks for the note on my white lasagna. Putting your pepperoni seitan is a good idea for getting some protein in the dish without the meat.

Hi, you asked about the veggie deli meats. I get them in my local Giant Supermarket or at the local Whole Foods market. Hopefully you have access to those stores, or any store that sells meat alternatives for vegetarians. They taste amazingly close to the real lunchmeats. Just ask any store nearby if they have a vegetarian cold section-not frozen. It's usually merchandised with the tofu, etc... Hope that helps ya. -Dawn
