I need to cook for 2. I am recently on medical leave. Landlord just fixed my oven. I preheated it last night for something only to find it not working. I have a planned family gathering for dinner today and no way to cook my turkey. I therefore jumped online to see if I could find something good using hamburg and a frying pan. Sounds bad I know. Frozen stuffed butterball in the freezer which I cannot use today. Need to make a meal out of hamburg as a special thanksgiving dinner. Impossible.
