About me
I love food. I love cooking it, eating it and reading about it. I began cooking as a young child and collecting cookbooks as an adolescent. I currently have over 1000...that's when I stopped counting. I keep intending to write a cookbook...maybe some day! I'm a Life and Executive Coach by vocation and avocation.

My current collection is mainly Chinese cooking. I bought the Joy of Cooking cookbook recently as I read many good reviews on that. So far I have only tried the choux pastry puffs and they turned out wonderfully well :)
