About me
Hi, I am single and just retired. I lived in New Orleans for many years and had the opportunity to make friends with local chefs, specifically, "T-Slim" of Emeril's NOLA restaurant and Chef Richand Long, USA Today "Top One Hundred Chefs in America". Richard lived around the corner from me. I modify most of my own recipes to include low or no sodium these days and very low fat.
