About me
I'm a 26 year old graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. I worked in a two star seafood restaurant and a three star Indian restaurant called Tabla. I was also a fish monger for awhile. I don't consider myself a master but since I was a sous chef when I joined, I figured, "What the hey?" I enjoy cooking for family and friends of course. The local farmer's markets are one of my favorite parts of summer. (There's an amazing one in Union Square.) Seafood is my favorite and sushi is devine. Too bad really fresh fish is hard to come by in Wisconsin!
