About me
Single, vegetarian (but I eat seafood), living in a small but wonderful community on an island off the west coast of Canada. Fairly new to cooking but learning quickly. Love pizza, especially unique ones, and am pretty good at them. Very knowledgeable about sourdough (and levain breads in general) and would enjoy sharing techniques with others.
