My sister is a vegetarian, and I am just so used to her "adjusting" my recipes to fit her vegetarian lifestyle - she, of course, uses vegetable biullion and it works great that way, too. I really need to add a note to that recipe so I quit confusing people as to why it is posted in the veg group - sorry for that oversight!
