About me
I LOVE to cook, but work 40+ weeks, so there's not a lot of time. Most of my meals are chicken or fish but I would like to try different things. My favorite food is tomatoes(I eat them like an apple), but I don't liek stewed tomatoes. Curry is my favorite spice. I made awesome Chicken curry soup last night.

It is absolutely imperative that you do *not* blend tempura smooth. Its best to stir/fold no more than 5 or 6 times, and just walk away. Lumpy=good when it comes to batter.

that is wrong you add 1&1/2 cups of cold sparkling water.
