About me
I love Chicken, Garlic, Hot and spicy food, Latin foods , Italian, cheesy.. I love dishes from around the world. peruvian, mexican, columbian, jamaican, India...... so on and so on... I do eat beef but only about 2-3 times a month ! And I love to learn new recipes from all over! I'm don't eat sweets to much, I'm more of a chip and dip girl ! I'm part native american (cherokee), french, scottish . Live In the Northeast of New York, Have two wonderful boys and a dog and 2 cats oh and my rat LOL!.

When I make Alfredo, it's generally with pasta -- so I reserve some of the pasta cooking water to add to the sauce as a thinner if it becomes too thick when I'm reducing it. A
