About me
I'm a 41 year old child-at-heart. I have 2 daughters, both in college and am engaged to the most wonderful guy in the world. I'm also a nurse and musician. It was a tough call, whether to designate myself as a a beginner with lots of experience OR intermediate cook (having pulled off some pretty challenging dishes). My biggest challenge is pairing wines with meals/dishes and my forte' would have to be desserts. This summer, I've rediscovered my grill and my next challenge will be probably be Cajun in origin. (cross your fingers for me!!)
